Later in the game, you can get Shipyards, each gold income they provide also gives you a +1% bonus that stacks multiplicatively. Each ritual cast gives you a +10% bonus to the gold you will earn. This is modified by the number of rituals you have cast. The gold you make from abdicating is 10% of your total income of Wheat, Wood, and Stone.
